Delivery
We Are Committed To Ensuring A Smooth And Timely Delivery Of Your Orders Via E-EMS. Below Are The Delivery Timeframes And Important Information Regarding Shipping.
Standard Delivery: All Orders Are Typically Shipped Within 7 Working Days From The Date Of Order Placement. Delivery Will Be Completed Within 12-28 Working Days From The Shipment Date For Serviceable Locations Covered By E-EMS.
Non-Serviceable Locations: For Locations Where E-EMS Does Not Provide Direct Service, Delivery Will Be Handled By A Third-Party Courier Or Post And Will Take 15-30 Working Days.
Please Note That Actual Shipping Time May Be Delayed Due To Customs Inspections, Weather Conditions, Etc.
Things To Remember Upon Receipt
Products Must Be Signed For Upon Delivery. We Do Not Take Responsibility For Goods Signed By Someone Other Than The Customer Who Placed The Order.
Once The Delivery Is Signed And Acknowledged At The Provided Address, The Responsibility And Ownership Of The Products Transfer To The Customer. HANJI Is Not Liable For Any Damage That Occurs After The Product Is Delivered.
As All Transactions Are Authorized By The Cardholder, We Are Not Responsible For Incorrect Addresses Provided During Order Placement.
Any Claims For Shortages Or Damages Must Be Reported To Customer Service Within 12 Hours Of Delivery.
Delivery Charges
A Flat Shipping Fee Of ₹200 Is Applicable For Orders Below ₹1,500.

Once Your Order Is Shipped Via E-EMS, You Will Receive An Email And SMS Containing The Tracking Number And The Logistics Provider's Name.

In Transit: Your Order Is On Route To Your City.
Out For Delivery: Your Order Has Reached Your City And Will Be Delivered Within 7-14 Working Days.
Hold At Hub: We Attempted Delivery But Will Try Again Within 48 Hours.
RTO (Return To Origin): Your Order Could Not Be Delivered And Is Being Sent Back To Our Warehouse.
