Easy 7-Day Return Policy
If You Are Not 100% Satisfied With Your Purchase, You Can Return The Item(s) Within 7 Days From The Date Of Delivery For A Full Refund Of The Paid Price.
To Initiate A Return, Please Email Us At support@hanjistarlighter.com Within The Return Period. However, Please Note That Returns Will Be Accepted Only If The Products Are Returned In Their Original Packaging, Unwashed, Undamaged, And With All Tags Intact.
Items Not Covered By The Return Policy
Our 7-Day Return Policy Does Not Apply To The Following Items:
- Jewellery
- Items Without Original Tags
- Products That Have Been Used, Damaged, Or Altered
Inspection & Approval
Returns Will Be Subject To Inspection By Our Team Or Delivery Partners Upon Receipt. Refunds Will Be Initiated Only After Successful Inspection Of The Product To Ensure It Is In Resalable Condition.
For Issues Related To Color Mismatch, Incorrect Products, Or Damaged Items, Please Provide Images Of The Product, Product Tag, And Invoice To Our Customer Service.
Shipping Costs & Charges
- Shipping Charges Are Non-Refundable.
If You Return A Product On Your Own, Please Share The Courier Receipt With Us Within 7 Days. We Will Reimburse Courier Charges Up To A Maximum Of ₹180 Per Kg, Otherwise A Flat Reimbursement Of ₹100 Will Apply.
Refund Process
Refunds Will Be Initiated Within 2 Days After Product Inspection. The Time For Refunds To Reflect In Your Account Will Vary Depending On Your Payment Method:
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 Business Days
- Net Banking/NEFT: 1-2 Business Days
- HANJI Store Credits: 1 Business Day

Partial Returns
Yes, You May Return A Part Of Your Order. However, All Components, Including Any Complimentary Gifts Or Products, Must Be Returned Together.
How To Return A Product
To Return A Product, Follow These Simple Steps:
- Place The Product In Its Original Packaging.
- Include The Original Invoice And Write Your Name, Order Number, And Contact Information On The Box.
- Schedule A Pickup Using Our Logistics Partner Or Send The Package On Your Own.
If The Return Is Due To A Faulty Product Or Wrong Delivery, We Will Replace The Item And Bear The Return Shipping Costs.
