The HANJI Membership Program (The “Program”) Is Operated By Starlighter Enterprises Limited, Trading Under The Brand Name HANJI.

By Enrolling In Or Participating In The Program, You Agree To Be Bound By This Membership Policy, Together With Our Terms Of Use, Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, And Any Other Applicable Policies.

1. Eligibility And Enrollment

Membership Is Available Only To Individuals Aged 18 Years Or Older.

By Enrolling In The Program, You Confirm That You Are At Least 18 Years Of Age And Legally Capable Of Entering Into A Binding Agreement Under Applicable Law.

We Reserve The Right To Refuse, Suspend Or Terminate Membership Enrollment At Our Sole Discretion.

2. Membership Structure And Tiers

The Program May Include Multiple Membership Tiers, Which May Be Referred To As Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Or Other Designations As Determined By HANJI From Time To Time.

  • Membership Tier Placement Is Based On Criteria Such As Purchase History Or Engagement Activity Over A Rolling 12-Month Period.

  • Tier Thresholds, Benefits And Qualification Criteria May Be Modified At Any Time Without Prior Notice.

Membership Status Is Calculated And Managed Through A Third-Party Loyalty Platform Integrated With Shopify (Including Growave).

3. Benefits, Rewards And Perks

Membership Benefits May Include Discounts, Reward Points, Exclusive Offers, Early Access, Or Special Promotions.

All Benefits:

  • Have No Cash Value

  • Are Non-Transferable

  • Cannot Be Exchanged For Cash Or Credit

  • Are Subject To Availability And Change

We Reserve The Right To Modify, Limit Or Discontinue Any Benefit Or Reward At Any Time Without Liability.

4. Points And Rewards System

Points Earned Through The Program May Be Redeemed Toward Eligible Purchases As Specified At The Time Of Redemption.

Points:

  • Are Issued At Our Discretion

  • Cannot Be Transferred Or Sold

  • May Expire After A Period Of Inactivity Or As Otherwise Specified

  • Do Not Constitute Property Or Stored Value

We Reserve The Right To Adjust, Revoke Or Cancel Points In Cases Of Error, Fraud, Abuse Or Policy Violation.

5. Discounts And Promotions

Discounts And Promotional Offers:

  • Apply Only To Eligible Products

  • Cannot Be Combined With Other Offers Unless Explicitly Stated

  • May Be Excluded From Certain Product Categories Or Sale Events

Any Attempt To Abuse Or Manipulate Discounts Or Rewards May Result In Immediate Suspension Or Termination Of Membership.

6. VIP Perks And Special Access

Certain Perks, Including Early Access, Exclusive Content Or Invitations To Special Events, May Be Offered To Higher Membership Tiers.

VIP Perks:

  • Are Subject To Availability

  • May Be Changed Or Withdrawn Without Notice

  • Are Non-Transferable And Cannot Be Redeemed For Cash

7. Membership Suspension Or Termination

We Reserve The Right To Suspend Or Terminate Membership Without Notice If We Reasonably Believe That A Member Has:

  • Violated Any Applicable Policy

  • Engaged In Fraudulent Or Abusive Behavior

  • Misused Membership Benefits

Members May Request Voluntary Termination By Contacting Customer Support.

8. Data Privacy And Platform Use

Personal Information Collected In Connection With The Program Is Processed In Accordance With Our Privacy Policy.

The Program Is Supported By Third-Party Technology Providers Integrated With Shopify (Including Growave). While These Platforms Facilitate Program Features, Starlighter Enterprises Limited Remains The Data Controller.

9. Modifications To The Program

We Reserve The Right To Modify, Suspend Or Discontinue The Membership Program Or Any Part Thereof At Any Time Without Prior Notice.

Material Changes May Be Communicated Via Email Or Posted On Our Website, At Our Discretion.

10. Governing Law And Dispute Resolution

This Membership Policy Shall Be Governed By And Interpreted In Accordance With The Laws Of Hong Kong.

Any Dispute Arising Out Of Or Relating To This Policy Or The Membership Program Shall Be Subject To The Exclusive Jurisdiction Of The Courts Of Hong Kong.
